Ingredients
- 500 gm ground beef
- 1 potato boiled
- 2 bread slices soaked and drained
- 2 onions thinly sliced
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fenugreek
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 bunch fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 4 green chilies thinly sliced
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add onions and cook for 4-5 minutes or until they turn transparent.

Now add green chilies, fenugreek, cumin seeds, red chili flakes and salt in it.

Cook for few minutes on low flame.

Remove from the heat.

Place ground beef , boiled potato and bread slices in large bowl.

Then combine with prepared spices mix.

Shape kebabs out of the mixture.

Heat oil in deep pan.

Fry kebabs on medium heat for 10 minutes or until tender.

Delicious Beef Masala Kebabs are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Lal Chutney.
