Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Water as required
Cooking Method

Place plain flour, wheat flour, salt in a large bowl.

Mix well.

Knead a soft dough by using water.

Leave it for 15 minutes.

Then make lemon size balls out of the dough.

Roll into saucer size.

Spread little ghee then sprinkle rice flour.

Put one on top of the other.
-
Sprinkle flour on flat surface now roll this into a thin chapatti size of little bigger then a dinner plate.

Heat a griddle over medium high heat.

Put chapatti on it and cook for 30 seconds.

Then turn and cook for another 30 seconds or until puffed up.

Remove from the griddle then separate the two layers which were join together.

Fold into romal. Roomali roti is ready to serve.
