Ingredients
- 250 gm mince
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 boiled potato mashed
- 2 eggs
- 4 green chilies
- 1-1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- oil for frying
Cooking Method

Place mince in a large pot or skillet.

Add water, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, red chili, onion and salt.

Cook for 30 minutes or until mince is tender.Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Then place in chopper with coriander leaves, all spice, potato and 1 egg.Mix well.

Make flat cutlets out of the mixture.

Dip in beaten egg.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown.Mince Cutlets are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce.
