Ingredients
- 500 gm Fish fillets cut into Long Pieces
- 2 Lemons
- 1 tsp Garlic past
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds crushed
- 1 tbsp red chillies Crushed
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds cruhsed
- 1 tsp All spices powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Marinate fish fillets with ginger,garlic and lemon juice.

In a small bowl, beat egg with salt, chilies, turmeric powder, all spices, coriander and cumin seeds. Mix until well combined.

Pour egg mixture over the fish pieces.

Now add rice flour in it and mix it with your hands.

Now add and mix few drops of oil in the mixture.

Deep fry fish fillets in hot oil until golden brown. Delicious Crunchy Fried Fish is ready to serve.

Use the rice flour which is available in market as we need a very refined quality of rice flour.
