Beef Darbari is a traditional recipe of Asian cooking. Historically its one of the special dish made for the kings and the royalitis created by royal cooks during the mughal era . - 1/2 kg Beef undercut
- 125 gm Boiled rice
- 125 gm Boiled gram lentils
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder
- 1 tsp red pepper, Crushed
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 glass Chicken stock
- 125 gm Yogurt
- ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
- 1 small bunch Spinach
- 1 medium Onion
- Salt to taste

Heat ¼ cup oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Saute onion in hot oil until lightly browned.

Then add ginger garlic paste and beef. Cook and stir fry for 15 minutes or until it golden brown.

Now add red chili powder, red pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and yogurt. Cover the pan and let it cook for 30 minutes on low flame or until meat is almost tender.

Now boiled rice, boiled gram lentils, chopped spinach and 1 glass of chicken stock. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 – 15 minutes.

Now remove the lid and stir fry on high flame.

Sprinkle coriander leaves on top. Take it out in a serving dish and serve hot.
