A super easy Bangalore Fish Recipe By Chef Zakir, marinated in a range of spices and coated in flour before frying. Served with a sweet and tangy chutney. This Bangalore Style Pomfret Fish is a tasty and spicy appetizer that you can make for your weekend meals.

Ingredients
- ½ kg Pomfret fish cut into fillets
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2-3 Green chilies chopped
- 1 tbsp red pepper crushed
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Flour
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 50 gm ground almond
- few Coriander leaves
- few Mint leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Marinate fish fillets with salt, red pepper, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice.

Mix until well coated.

Now add flour, corn flour, almond powder, coriander leaves, mint leaves and chopped green chilies.

Coat each fish fillet with plain flour and deep fry in a medium hot oil for 10-12 minutes or until fish is cooked from inside and crispy from outside.

Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.

Dish it out.

Delicious Bangalore Fish is ready to serve.
