Ingredients
- 2 Mutton brain
- 2 cups Onion thinly sliced
- 3 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Allspice
- 3 Green chilies chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ cup Oil
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add sliced onions, cook for 2-3 minutes or until transparent.

Now add chopped tomatoes with ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric.

Cook and stir well.

Add brain put the lid on.

Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Then remove from the heat.

Sprinkle chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and allspice.
