Ingredients
- 500 gm Beef mince (keema)
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 paclet Shan Shami kabab Masala
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 3 Boiled tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup Water
- 125 gm Yogurt
- 1 cup Boiled peas
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a wok or pot over medium heat. Add ginger garlic paste and beef mince in it. Cook and stir few minutes or till all water dries up.

Now add chopped onion, yogurt, packet of shan shami kabab masala, boiled chopped tomatoes and water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Now remove the lid, add 1 cup boiled peas, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Cook until all water dries up and meat is cooked thoroughly. Dish it out and serve.
