This Qeema Sabzi Pao Bhaji Recipe By Zubaida Tariq, is a dish that can be enjoyed at any hour of the day, be it for brunch, lunch or even dinner. The best way to feast on Pao bhaji is to serve it with roasted buns, chopped onion and lemon with sliced tomatoes to go with it. Don't forget to garnish the Bhaji with loads of butter on top!

Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken mince
- 1 small Cauliflower
- 2 tbsp Peas
- 1 ½ tbsp Pao bhaji Masala
- 2 carrots grated
- 1 Tomato
- 6 Whole red chilies
- 2 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 3 Chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 bunch green coriander chopped
- 2 Lemons
- ½ cup Oil
Cooking Method

Cut the cauliflower.

Soak 6 dry red chilies.

Together blend whole red chilies,ginger and in the blender.

Heat oil in the pan and sauté onion in it for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Now add chopped tomatoes.

Then add cauliflower and some salt.

Stir and cook for few minutes then add tomato puree, green peas and chicken mince.

Add a little water in it.

Add in grinded masala and Pao Bhaji Masala in it.

Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until chicken mince is cooked thorugh.

Now add carrots and cook until all water dries up.

Drizzle lemon juice over it.

Sprinkle green coriander and dish it out.

Delicious Qeema Sabzi Pao Bhaji is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with Paratha or Chapati.
