Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes boiled
- 200 grams Boneless chicken
- 1 Green onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 2 Cheese slice
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Cooking Method

In a bowl, Mix together the chicken, cream, butter, black pepper, salt, sugar, green onion.

Cut the potatoes in half, sideways, and scrape the flesh into a large bowl taking care

to leave the skins intact.

Mash the baked potato flesh with a fork.

Add it to the cream,butter mixture.

Now take the potato skins and fill it with the filling mixture.

Top with cheese.

Preheat the oven at 150 degree C and bake the potatoes for 10-12 minutes or until golden from top.

Remove from the oven.
