Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breast
- 1 piece of Ginger
- 1 Potato
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Spring onion cut into strips
- 1 Egg
- 3 Big Green chilies chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum chopped
- ½ bunch Parsley chopped
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method

Cut potato, carrot, ginger, capsicum, spring onion, parsley, green chilies and chicken breasts into thin slices.

Mix with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, flour, sesame seeds, egg and corn flour.

Mix until well combined.

Now heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add in a spoonful of mixture and shallow fry the Bouquets for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Flip and fry from other side.

Make bouquets with all mixture.
