- 1 Carrot grated
- 2 Boiled potato
- 3 Green chili chopped
- 6 boneless boiled chicken
- 8 Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Peeled green peas
- 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Red chili crushed
- Salt to taste

Remove top part from the capsicum and deseed them and set aside.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Saute ginger garlic paste for few seconds.

Then add boiled chicken, mash potatoes, green peas, and carrot. Season with salt, red chili and cumin powder.

Stir in the tomato puree and chili sauce. Cook few minutes then remove from the heat and let it completely cool.

Now stuffed capsicum with the chicken filling. Cover them with the help of tooth pick.

Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry them with the remaining mixture and let it simmer few minutes. Take it out in a serving dish and
serve it with rice.
