Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken mince
- ½ kg Rice
- ¾ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Whole all spice
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 10-12 Button Red Chilies
- 1 Onion
- Eggs boiled as required
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp Raisins
- Milk ½ cup
- ½ tsp Nutmeg Mace Powder
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
- ¾ cup Clarified butter
Cooking Method

Heat clarified butter in a wok over medium heat.

Saute onion for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Add whole all spice, ginger garlic paste, salt, white chilies, yogurt, whole red chilies, chicken mince.

Cook and fry well.

Now add ½ cup of water and cook until mince is cooked thorough.

After this, add ginger, nutmeg, mace, milk and cook.

Now add water and cook until boil.

Now add rice and let it simmer

Add raisins and put it on dum.

Take it out in a dish.

Garnish with boiled eggs.

Delicious Qeema Pulao is ready to serve.
