Ingredients
- 3-4 Mutton brain
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- 2-3 Green chilies chopped
- ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
- 2 Eggs
- 125 gm Semolina
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 3 tbsp Flour
- ½ cup Peas boiled & mashed
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup Water
Cooking Method

Boil water in a pan over medium heat.

Add turmeric and mutton brain.

Boil for few minutes or until tender.

Remove from the pan and keep aside.

Now coarsely mash the cooked brain, mix with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, chopped onion and boiled mashed peas.

Then add flour and gram flour.

Mix well and keep aside.

Make small cutlets with the mixture.

Dip each in beaten egg, coat with semolina.

Again dip in beaten egg and shallow fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown.

Delicious Brain Cutlets are ready to serve.
