- 2 cups Plain Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp Yeast
- Luke Warm Water, to knead
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 Onion, Cut into cubes
- 1 Tomato, Cut into cubes
- 1 Capsicum, Cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp Olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp Oregano Leaves
- 4 Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup mince(keema), cooked

Put all the dough ingredients in a mixing bowl. Knead a soft dough using Luke warm water. Keep aside.

Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

Now divide dough into 2 portions one slightly big.

Grease your 9 inch pie plate with oil or butter. Take the dough smaller portion in it. Roll it to a size of your pie plate.

Put it in the grease base, prick well.

Spread ketchup and cream mixture over the dough. then top with cooked mince, veggies, cheese and seasonings.

Roll the remaining larger dough cover the top well seal the edges.

Brush top with second egg. Prick again with fork.

Bake, in the preheated oven (190 degree C) for 30 minutes or till golden. Delicious Pizza Pie is ready to serve.
Serve hot.
