This Tandoori Masala Drumsticks Recipe by Chef Samina Jalil, is a wonderfully tandoori drumsticks recipe using a homemade spice mix. Full of flavor and great for a dinner or to serve at a party!

Ingredients
- 12-14 Chicken legs
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Papaya paste
- 3/4 cup Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Tandoori masala
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 cup Clarified butter
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp White cumin powder
- 1 Coal
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Lettuce leaf cucumber for garnishing
Cooking Method

Make cuts on the chicken legs and apply salt and papaya paste.

Marinate for 2 hours to blend flavors.

Now in a bowl, mix together the yogurt , ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, chaat masala, clarified butter, red chili powder and white cumin powder.

Add chicken legs in the yogurt mixture and marinate for 2 more hours.

Then place them over an baking tray and smoke it with coal.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or chicken is tender.

When the chicken legs are tender spread butter over them and set it in the oven broiler for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Transfer into a serving dish.

Garnish it with lettuce leaf and cucumber.

Delicious Tandoori Masala Drumsticks are ready to serve.
