Ingredients
- 600 gm Chicken boneless
- 1 tbsp Tandoori masala
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1/8 tsp Yellow food color
- Salt as required
- Black pepper as required
- Skewers as required
- For Second Marination:
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1-1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- ½ tsp Nutmeg mace powder
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- Oil for deep frying
- Onion rings to serve
- Cucumber to serve
- Salad leaves to serve
Cooking Method

Marinate chicken with first marination ingredients for 3 to 4 hour.

Thread on Skewers then give a steam cook.

Let it cool and mix second marination ingredients and marinate steam chicken in it for 15 minute.

Cook in hot oil for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drizzle on kitchen paper.

Chicken Chargha Kabab are ready to serve.

Serve with onion rings and salad leaves.
