Ingredients
- 150 gm Flour
- 150 gm Sugar
- 5 Egg
- ½ tbsp Baking powder
- Vanilla essence few drops
- 250 gm White butter
- 50 gm Fresh cream
- 100 gm Desiccated coconut
- 4 tbsp Icing sugar
- ½ cup Sugar syrup
- 1 cup Pineapple chopped
- ¼ cup Red syrup
Cooking Method

In a bowl, beat together eggs and sugar.

Then add flour, baking powder and few drops of vanilla essence.

Spread mixture in a greased lined round mold.

Bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean.

In a bowl, beat together white butter, fresh cream and icing sugar.

Keep in the refrigerator.

Finely chop pineapples and keep aside.

Remove cake from oven, cut into 2 halves.

Spread each with sugar syrup.

Spread one piece with a little red syrup.

Then spread chopped pine apples.

Cover with the other half, coat every side with whipped cream.

Garnish with red syrup.

Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
