Ingredients
- 500 gm boiled rice
- 250 gm tomatoes
- 1 cup oil
- 6 curry leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 tsp onion seeds
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- salt to taste
- 6 green chilies
- 1/2 bunch coriander
Cooking Method

In a deep skillet, add oil, mustard seeds, onion seeds, fenugreek seeds and fennel seeds.

Stir fry for 30 seconds or until they are fragrant.

Put tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and curry leaves in it.

Stir together.

Then add boiled rice and allow simmering for 10 minutes.

Delicious Achari Rice is ready to serve.
