This is an incredibly good Greek salad recipe by Rida Aftab, nice and tangy and even better in the summer when you use fresh vegetables.This Greek salad recipe consist of tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, cheese, oregano and gets a crunchy boost from lettuce.

Ingredients
- 2 to matoes chopped
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 1 green chilies
- 6 black olives
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method

Place all vegetables in a large salad bowl.

Add lemon juice and olives.

Season with oregano and salt.

Sprinkle grated cheese over it.

Drizzle olive oil.

Toss well.

Place in a refrigerate for 2 hours.
