How to Make Resha Kabab

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    • Place boneless chicken breasts in a pot with water, allspice, salt, green chilies, crushed red pepper, and ginger-garlic paste.
    • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
    • Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it finely.
  2. Prepare the Potato Mixture:
    • Mash boiled potatoes and add roasted and crushed cumin, salt, chat masala, crushed red pepper, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, and chopped green chilies.
    • Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Assemble the Kebabs:
    • Combine the shredded chicken with the potato mixture and mix thoroughly.
    • Shape the mixture into small, oblong kebabs.
    • Coat the kebabs in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
  4. Fry the Kebabs:
    • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot.
    • Carefully add the coated kebabs to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients
For the Potatoes:
  • ½ kg Boiled potatoes mashed
  • 1-½ tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves chopped
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
For the Chicken:
  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp All spice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
Cooking Method
  1. Boil the chicken with all the ingredients until tender and dry. Shred the chicken well.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the potatoes in the mashed potatoes.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken with the potato mixture.
  4. Make kebabs and coat in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry the kebabs until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  7. Resha Kabab is ready to serve.
