Ingredients
- 1 liter Milk
- 4 tbsp Rice soaked for 4 hours
- 3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Coconut essence
- 2 tbsp Almonds pistachio
For Garnishing:
- Silver waraq
Cooking Method

Soak rice in water for 4 hours.

Crushed with hands.

Boil milk then add rice.

Stir and cook for 10-12 minutes or until rice are tender.

Now add sugar, desiccated coconut.

Cook and stir until kheer thickened.

Stir in the coconut essence.

Remove from the heat.

Transfer into a serving bowl.

Garnish with silver waraq, almonds and pistachio sliced.
