Ingredients
- 500 gm Fish fillet
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Beaten egg
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Cut fish into small pieces.

Marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, Worcester sauce and lemon juice.

Beat eggs very well.

Add in 2-3 tbsp flour and mix well.

Coat marinated fish with remaining flour.

Dip in the prepared batter, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.

Take it out in a serving platter.
