Wash green chillies and pat dry.

Then make slits on green chilies.

Keep aside.

In a small bowl, combine together tamarind pulp, tomato ketchup, achar masala,salt, red pepper and jaggery.

Stuff green chilies with this mixture.

Now heat oil in a deep pan over medium high heat.

Fry stuffed green chilies for 2-3 minutes or until well done.

Put in a jar.

Pour the remaining oil in jar.
