Cut mutton and fat it into small cubes.

Now marinate mutton and fat with black pepper, garlic paste, cinnamon powder, oil , salt and papaya paste for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Thread the mutton and fat pieces onto the BBQ sticks and grill it on the oven for at least 50 minutes or until meat is tender.

Remove from the oven and give it the smoke of coal.
