Oil for frying

In a mixing bowl, mash eggs and potatoes.

Add onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and carrot.

Also add 2 tbsp flour.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Mix until well combined.

Make small patties, dip each patty in beaten egg.
