Ingredients
½kgPizza dough
400gm Chicken boneless
1cupTomato ketchup
4– 6 Slice cheese
6Black olives
1cupMix chopped Vegetables
1cupCorn
1tbspSoy sauce
1tbspOlive oil
1tbspChili sauce
2tbspLemon juice
½tspSalt
½tspBlack pepper
½tspOregano
Cooking Method
Roll pizza dough and cut into small circles.
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Marinate chicken with soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and oregano for 30 minutes.
Now put marinated chicken in an oven proof dish.
Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thorough.
Remove from the oven.
Set aside.
Now spread tomato ketchup on each dough circle.
Top with prepared chicken.
Now spread mix chopped vegetables, cheese slice and corn.
Now bake in the preheated oven on 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until dough is cooked and cheese melted.
