Wash lady fingers and cut them from top and bottom.

Take oil in the pan and deep fry the lady fingers for 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Take it out and spread it on the tissue paper.

Now blend together, onions, ginger garlic paste, coriander, turmeric, salt and red chili.

Take some oil in the pan, and add in the blended masala and cook it for 10 minutes then add the mutton.

Cook for another 10 minutes or until all water dries up and meat is no longer pink.

Add 1 cup hot water and cook for 45-50 minutes or until meat is tender

As the meat tender, add the fried lady fingers and 4 green chilies.

Sprinkle all spice powder and let simmer it for 5 minutes.

Dish it out.
