For Pulao:
1packet Chicken tikka
1packet Seekh kebab
500gm Rice
2tbspWhole all spice
½cupOil
½cupBrown onion
1tbspGinger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1tbspRed chili powder
1tspTurmeric powder
1tbspCoriander powder
1cupYogurt
2tbspCoriander leaves chopped
20Mint leaves
1tbspScrew pine essence
a pinch of Food color
6Green chilies
2tbspLemon juice
For Sauce:
4tbspMayonnaise
2tbspTomato ketchup
Salt to taste
2tbspHot sauce
1tspBlack peppercrushed
4tbspVinegar
Cooking Method
Mix mayonnaise, tomato, ketchup, salt, hot sauce, black pepper.
Fry seek kabab and chicken tikka.
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add whole spice cook for a minute then add yogurt, onion, ginger garlic, salt, coriander, turmeric, chilies cook for 3-4 minutes or until all water dries up.
Add water and cook rice.
Add green masala, screw pine essence, lemon juice and leave for simmer for 15 minutes or until rice fluffed.
Remove rice in serving platter add chicken tikka and seekh kabab, add sauce.
