Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken without bones
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Red chili
  • 1 tbsp Tikka masala
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Green coriander
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Crushed cumin
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 Onion rings
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 bunch Mint
  • 2 Green chilies
  • ½ tsp Vinegar
Cooking Method
  1. Boiled chicken with garlic and whole black pepper and remove water.
  2. In separate bowl add red chili with vinegar, boil.
  3. Grind boil chili with coriander.
  4. Add mixture on tikka masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, cumin, crushed black pepper and salt mix well.
  5. Marinate chicken with this mixture keep for 20 minute.
  6. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in pan add chicken stir fry well.
  7. Remove in serving dish.
  8. Garnish with onion rings, lemon, mint and green chilies.
  9. Barbeque Spicy Chicken Kababs are ready to serve.

Serve with Imli Ki Chutney.
