Ingredients
300gm Beef undercut
½packet Noodles
1Capsicum
1small Carrot
2Spring onions
3Green chilies
½tspBlack pepper powder
2tbspGinger garlic paste
2tbspWorchester sauce
2tbspOyster sauce
2-3tbspOil
Saltto taste
Cooking Method
Cut beef into juliennes.
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add in ginger garlic paste and beef strips.
Fry well for 10-15 minutes or until its color turn to golden brown.
Then add in spring onion, green chilies, carrot and capsicum cut into juliennes.
Mix well and sauté for a few minutes.
Add ½ packet of boiled noodles, Worchester sauce, oyster sauce, salt and black pepper powder.
