Ingredients
  • ½ kg Beef undercut
  • 250 gm Yogurt
  • 1 Red capsicum cut into cubes
  • 1 Green capsicum cut into cubes
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
  • 3 boiled Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cumin crushed
  • 1 tbsp Coriander crushed
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add beef cubes and fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook well.
  3. In a bowl, beat together the yogurt, crushed red pepper, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander, salt and water.
  4. Also add onion, tomatoes and salt to taste.
  5. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Now add green chilies, red capsicum and green capsicum.
  7. Cook on high flame for 4-5 minute.
  8. Sprinkle coriander leaves and drizzle butter over it.
  9. take it out in a serving dish.
  10. Delicious Beef Shimla Mirch Karahi is ready to serve.
