Ingredients

1Tomato
2Burger buns
4Cheese slice
1cupSalad leaves
2tbspButter
2tbspOil
For Burger Pattie
1Onionfinely chopped
1Egg
2Green chilies
1pieceof Ginger
2garlic cloves
1tspBlack pepper
½tspSalt
2tbspCoriander leaves/parsley
4tbspBread crumbs
300gm mince meat
For Swiss Sauce:
1cupStock
½cupTomato ketchup
½cupTamarind pulp
1tspCorn flour
1tspred peppercrushed
1tspGarlic
1tspRoasted cumin
½tspSalt
Cooking Method
To Make The Burger Patties:
Chopparize well mince meat, ginger, garlic and green chilies.
Add in salt, black pepper, egg and bread crumbs.
Mix well.
Shape into patties.
Heat a little in a grill pan and fry patties until goldden brown.
To Make The Swiss Sauce:
Put together stock, corn flour, red pepper, crushed garlic, roasted cumin, salt, ketchup and tamarind pulp.
Mix well and cook over low flame for 5-8 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Remove from fire and keep aside.
To Assemble the Burger:
Now cut each bun into halves.
Spread one side with butter, put a Pattie and spread prepare sauce on top.
Put a cheese slice on it.
Again spread with sauce and then top with another Pattie.
Top with tomato slices, onion rings and salad leaves.
