Ingredients
500gm mince meat
4green chilieschopped
3eggslightly beaten
3bread slices
2tbspminced onion
2tbspcoriander leaveschopped
1tspginger garlic paste
1tspred chili powder
1tspall spice
1tspcuminroasted & crushed
1-1/2tspsalt
bread crumbs as required
oil for frying
Cooking Method
Soak bread slices in water then squeezed well.
Place mince and bread slices in a large bowl.
Add green chilies, onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, all spice, red chili powder, cumin and salt.
Mix well.
Make small balls of mince.
Then coat with read crumbs.
Dip in eggs.
Deep fry cutlets on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
