Boil and peel the potatoes and mash them.

Add salt in chicken mince and cook to dry the water.

Add the bread slices in the mince and chop it.

Add 2 tbsp soya sauce, boiled potatoes, crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, green coriander, corn flour and 1 packet cottage cheese.

Make rolls and dip them in egg and roll them in bread crumbs.

In the end, add oil in the pan, deep fry the rolls and fry them till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
