In a mixing bowl, combine together the flour, salt, pepper and mustard.

Add the butter and rub it in until it resembles fine crumbs.

Then stir in the cheese and mix to a dough and knead on a lightly floured surface.

Roll out thinly and cut in any shape.

Place biscuits on baking sheets.

Mix together the fine oats and paprika.

Brush each biscuit on the tray with the egg white.

Sprinkle the oat-paprika mixture.

Bake at 220 degrees C for 5-6 minutes or till pale in color.
