In a bowl, mix all ingredients in a bowl except cheese and knead a soft dough with lukewarm water.

Let it to rise for 1 hour in a greased bowl.

Now punch down the dough.

Make into three balls.

Roll slightly, stuff with cheese and re-roll into a naan.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Brush with butter.
