Ingredients For Onion Mixture:
2cupsOnionsliced
½tspTurmeric powder
2tspRed chili powder
½tspCarom seeds
1tspGingerchopped
1Green chilichopped
Salt to taste
½cupGram flour
¼cupRice Flour
5tbspWater
Other Ingredients:
Oil for deep frying
3-4Cheese cubes
Cooking Method
In a bowl, combine onion, turmeric powder, red chili powder, carom seeds, ginger, green chili, salt and mix until well combined.
Add gram flour, rice flour, water and make a thick batter.
Dip the cheese cubes and coat well with the prepared batter.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Deep fry the pakoras in hot oil for 7-8 minutes or until nicely browned and crispy.
