Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 4 Green chilies chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 inch piece Ginger chopped
  • ¼ bunch Coriander chopped
  • ½ packet Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Crushed cumin
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Raw papaya paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken breast from center to open like book.
  2. Now marinate with salt, raw papaya paste and lemon juice.
  3. Keep it aside.
  4. In a bowl, combine together gram flour, garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, turmeric, chili powder and salt.
  5. Now add water to make batter of medium consistency.
  6. Stuff chicken breast with grated mozzarella cheese.
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  8. Dip each chicken breast in the prepared batter and deep fry chicken for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  10. Chicken Cheese Cage is ready to serve.
