Ingredients
2Chicken breastcut into slices
½packet Boiled egg noodles
25gm peanutchopped
1Carrot sliced
1Capsicum sliced
4tbspWorcester sauce
2Boiled egg
3-4Black mushrooms
5-6Button mushrooms
2Tomatoremove seeds
1tspGarlic paste
3-4tbspOil
2tbspTomato ketchup
¼tspBlack pepper powder
Salt to taste
Cooking Method
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add garlic paste and chicken slices. Cook and stir for 5-6 minutes or until chicken change its color and no longer pink.
Then add carrot, capsicum and peanut.
Cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
Now add ½ packet boiled noodles, tomatoes, oyster sauce, black mushroom, button mushroom, tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper.
Mix well.
Dish it out,
Garnish with boiled and sliced egg.
