Ingredients
  • For Chicken Steak:
  • 2 breast Chicken with bone
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp Wooster shire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hp sauce
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Rosemary leaves
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Baked potato
  • Boiled vegetables to serve
For Pepper Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Hp sauce
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Crushed black pepper
  • ½ cup Stock
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • ½ tsp Rosemary leaves
Cooking Method
To Prepare the Sauce:
  1. Heat butter, add flour with salt and pepper.
  2. Add stock and cook for few minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  3. Now stir in the fresh cream and rosemary leaves. Keep aside.
To Prepare the Chicken Steak:
  1. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients.
  2. Heat butter and oil, grill chicken pieces for 10 mins until chicken is cooked.
  3. Add in the pepper sauce, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Take it out in a sizzler.
  5. Delicious Chicken Pepper Steak is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with boiled vegetables and baked potato.
