Ingredients
  • 3 Chicken boneless breast cut into thin strips
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • 3 Croissants
  • 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • Butter and mayonnaise - as required
  • 3 Salad leaves
  • 3 Cucumber slices
Cooking Method
Marinate the chicken:
  1. In a bowl, mix together ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, lemon juice, yogurt, and allspice.
  2. Add the chicken strips and marinate for 30 minutes.
Pan-fry the chicken:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken for 10 minutes.
  2. Give a coal dum (smoky flavor) to the chicken.
Prepare the croissants:
  1. Cut the croissants into halves and slightly toast them. Apply butter and mayonnaise to each half.
Assemble the Sandwiches:
  1. Spread 1 tbsp BBQ sauce into each croissant half. Add the prepared chicken, salad leaves, and cucumber slice. Cover with the croissant tops.
Serve immediately with french fries
