Ingredients
  • 1 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 50 gm red chili crushed
  • 50 gm garlic
  • 5 gm gur
  • 1 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Peel tomatoes then remove the seeds.
  2. Place in a saucepan and cook it with water, salt and onion about 15 minutes.
  3. Let it cool completely.
  4. Put cooked tomatoes, garlic, red chili, corn flour, gur and vinegar in a blender.
  5. Process until smooth.
  6. Pour into the saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  7. Stir continuously.
  8. Chili garlic sauce is ready to serve.
