Peel tomatoes then remove the seeds.

Place in a saucepan and cook it with water, salt and onion about 15 minutes.

Let it cool completely.

Put cooked tomatoes, garlic, red chili, corn flour, gur and vinegar in a blender.

Process until smooth.

Pour into the saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Stir continuously.

Chili garlic sauce is ready to serve.
