In a bowl, beat sugar , oil , yogurt and eggs.

Now add all the dry items and pour in cup cake mould.

Bake on 175 degree for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
For Icing:

Heat cream a bit and add chocolate powder now add cream cheese and chocolate.

Let it cool then frost the cupcakes.
