Ingredients
300gm Chicken
2tspOil
1/2cupOnionchopped
2medium Carrotschopped
2Spring onions(chopped)
1/2cupCorn
1/2cupPeas
1/2cupCream
2tbspCorn flour
4tbspWater
Salt and pepper to taste
1cloveGarlic
Cooking Method
Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
Brown chicken in it.
Transfer to a slow cooker; add the onion, garlic, carrots, and corn.
Cover and cook on low until chicken and vegetables are tender, about 4 hours, pick out all the bones and shred the chicken.
Stir in shredded chicken, peas, and spring onion and dissolve corn flour for thickness.
