Ingredients
2Boiled potatoes
Plum as required
Salt to taste
1tspChili powder
½tspChaat masala
½tspCumin seeds
½tspDry mango powder
½tspCoriander powder
3tspSugar
Coriander & Mint leaves as required
3Green chilies
2tbspOil
¼cupWater
Cooking Method
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add plum, coriander powder, green chilies, sugar, cumin seeds, dry mango powder, chaat masala, chili powder, salt to taste and water.
Fry very well.
Now add boiled potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
