For Batter:

flour

baking powder

Water to make batter
To Make the Batter:

Combine together corn flour, flour, baking powder in a bowl

Make into thick batter with water as required.

To Make the Coconut Custard Squares:

Place coconut milk, hot water, milk, sugar, cornflour and green cardamom powder in a pan.

Mix well.

Stirring constantly and cook for 8-10 minutes or until thick.

Greased a dish.

Pour this batter in a greased dish.

Leave it for 1 hour or until set.

Cut into squares.

Heat oil in a pan or deep skillet.

Deep fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden.

Roll immediately in coconut.

Coconut Custard Squares are ready to serve.
