A delightful French dessert Cream Caramel Recipe By Chef Zakir. The crème caramel is infused with sweet vanilla essence and served with a rich, brown caramel syrup.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Kg Milk
  • 7 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
Cooking Method
  1. Heat 4 tsp sugar in a caramel mold.
  2. Beat together the 7 eggs in a bowl.
  3. Then stir in the milk, sugar and vanilla essence.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. When mixture is ready, pour into the mold and bake at 220 degree C for 20-25 minutes.
  6. When it changes to a nice golden color, take out of the oven and cool to bring to room temperature.
  7. Cream Caramel is ready to serve.
  8. ENJOY!!
