Ingredients
500gm Boneless fish
Oil for frying
500gm Potatoes with skinwedges
½cupMayonnaise
1tbspChilli sauce
2packet Crispy Fry mix
Cooking Method
Divide the crispy fry mix into 3 tbsp and 5 tbsp separately.
Add ¼ cup of water to 3 tbsp mix and blend well.
Pat dry the fish and coat in the dry mix.
Then dip in the prepared batter.
Now coat the fish in dry mix again.
Heat oil in a pan.
When oil hots, fry fish fillets on medium heat for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Take it out from the pan and set aside.
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, chilli sauce and 4 tbsp of water. Mix and set aside.
For chips, divide the crispy fry mix into 3 tbsp and 5 tbsp separately.
Add ¼ cup of water to 3 tbsp mix and blend well.
Pat dry the potato wedges and coat in dry mix.
Then dip in the prepared batter and coat again in the dry mix again.
Deep fry in hot oil on medium heat for 10 minutes or until crispy.
