Ingredients
125gm Gram flour
2Onion chopped
50gm Gram lentil boiled
50gm Black lentil boiled
¼bunch Coriander leaves
¼bunch Mint leaves
4Green chilies
1tbspCrushed red pepper
1tspTurmeric powder
1tspDry mango powder
1tbspCrushed cumin
1tbspCrushed coriander
½cupBoiled peas
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
3tbspOil
Cooking Method
In a bowl, mix together the gram flour, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, boiled gram lentils, boiled black lentils, boiled peas, salt, crushed red pepper, turmeric, dry mango powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and 3 tbsp oil.
Mix until well combined.
Now fry pakoray with the mixture until golden brown.
